Proclamations since March 28

Ed Note: To those who visit this site regularly

I have been otherwise occupied for about 10 days, so have not taken time to review executive actions closely and post my thoughts about them. I’ll try to catch up by grouping the less controversial actions.

Following is a listing of the proclamations from March 29 to April 7, 2017. All are routine, but I cannot help from commenting on the irony of at least two of them. If it wasn’t for past proclamations and someone remembering to do them this year, I am fairly certain the one recognizing sexual assault awareness and prevention would not have even crossed the mind of this president.

The other ironic one is the one honoring former POW’s. After what he said about Senator John McCain during the campaign, it is almost laughable that this president would voluntarily issue this proclamation.
